First off, for those that don't know, the "Buzzer" station in Russia has been playing a continuous, annoying sound for more or less 30 years now, over 20 times an hour. Sometimes voices can be heard in between the annoying tones, so it could be a numbers station on occasion. Other theories say that it could be for an emergency broadcast or that if a certain radio frequency isn't used for something then that part of the dial could be lost and/or handed over to someone else for broadcasting. You can hear what it sounds like here. Supposedly photos of the inside of the place have popped up though: englishrussia.com/index.php/2010/08/28/inside-the-mysterious-uvb-76-station/This is doubtful it's the station though, since there is no explanation as to why this is supposedly the station, who took them, why they were allowed in/somehow got photos for the first time ever, etc. Comments point out that some areas seem abandoned, yet others are in use/have power, a lot of the areas have very outdated equipment, plus there's a claim to it being abandoned, yet the signal is still broadcasting. Whatever it is, I think it's interesting though, even though it's probably a hoax.
